Main areas of responsibility :
• Ensure effective sales of the Phaco equipment with Presentation, effective and successful demos, winning commercial discussion and closures.
• Should conduct successful Applications to ensure surgeon’s adaptation on our technologies and equipment.
• Closely work with service team to address any technical issue or concern faced by Surgeons to provide relevant and quick solutions.
• Strongly coordinate with IOL Team Members for Lead generation and maintaining a healthy funnel.
• Achieve or exceed the annual and quarterly sales objectives using selling skills, excellent demos, successful and timely application, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material, engagement activities consistent with marketing objectives and eventually increase the overall Installation base and Market share.
