Major responsibilities:
• Creates and maintains the weekly and daily production plan.
• Plans material process flow and releases appropriate schedules to production team leaders by reviewing and analysing EDI demands, lead times and logistics orders / shipment plans.
• Understands BOM, supply chain on raw material ( direct and indirect ) and backflush.
• Participates in production and materials meetings supplying status information and reacting to scheduling changes in order to support production process and as required by MRP or other special circumstances.
• Coordinating Material process flow in planning buffer stock in WIP and production targets per production processes.
• Communicates and works with other departments to determine action when raw material or purchased product is rejected by production process.
• Investigates discrepancies on receipt quantities, rejections on incoming inspection and discrepancies on packing lists
