Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage your team, providing guidance and support for high performance.
• Conduct regular training to enhance staff professional development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Implement strategic approaches to meet and exceed center sales targets.
• Provide comprehensive student consultation on study plans, university choices, and English courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for effective promotion of overseas study opportunities.
• Represent the institution in promotional activities at education exhibitions, seminars, and interview programs.

Requirements:
• Willing to be located at Denpasar.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication is preferred.
