About the Role

As a Building Manager, you are responsible for managing all building operational processes in the area under your responsibility so that they run in accordance with applicable company procedures and are well managed in order to support maximum achievement of the company's business targets.

Job Description:
• Monitoring the implementation of building operations in accordance with applicable company standards/policies so that all operational processes run smoothly.
• Monitoring the entire process of cooperation agreements with tenants in accordance with applicable company regulations in order to minimize company losses.
• Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), so as to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation.
