Job Summary:

A client relations officer serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding investment migration programs. He/She is required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services. They are also required to communicate and relate with clients or leads given with the aim to close the deal as well as following up on clients after the deal is closed through their application process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

i) Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service to clients including processing of applications and transactions.

ii) Calling and following up with Leads;

iii) Scheduling regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied;

iv) Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate;
