· Perform extensive research to draft career plan and Statement of Purpose for the applicant

· Draft credibility interview questions and answers for the applicant

· Conduct mock interviews with the applicants and evaluate their answers

· Prepare the applicants for the Credibility Interview and/or visa interview

· Share the relevant links, material with the applicant for the credibility interview and/or English language test

· Guide the applicants with the format of the credibility interview, IELTS, PTE, LanguageCert and/or any other linguistic test.

· Respond to the enquiries of the applicants via WhatsApp group, email and/or call

· Maintain the logs of all the conversation with the applicants

· Supervise and assist the applicant with their credibility interview and/or linguistic test
