Coastal Eye Care, a Covenant Physician Partner, is looking for a Fulltime Scheduler to join our team in Ellsworth, ME.

About the Opportunity

Under the day to day general direction of the Practice Manager, the Scheduler handles and routes incoming calls. Additionally, the Scheduler is responsible for insurance verification as needed and the correct handling of patient charts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments, patient registration, medical chart maintenance and the coordination of patient referrals. Verifies patient contact and insurance information on file. Coordinates and schedules patient appointments. Registers the patients, while ensuring that all demographic information is current.
