Our client based in Cape Town is urgently looking for a Building Engineer to join their team Minimum qualification required:
• Bachelor’s degree (NQF7) in the Built Environment or Engineering, or an equivalent
• qualification;
• Management qualification;
• Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or be a candidate thereof
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering or building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Competencies
• The ability to work in teams, manage people, resolve conflict and work under pressure;
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Written and Verbal);
• Computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office products;
• Stakeholder management skills, including on an executive level industry, organisational and business awareness knowledge and skill;
• Quality assurance knowledge and skill;
