Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durban for a Sales Assistant at Watercrest Yokico. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and processing transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
