Duties & Responsibilities

Drive financial growth, boost sales, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve sales targets with required gross and business margins

Build relationships with customers

Manage a sales pipeline that meets annual targets

Define the annual sales budget and set targets in line with the strategy

Conversion of lead / sales into contracts

Presentation of company products and technologies at seminars and conferences

Key account management

Develop and drive sales processes that increase probability

Responsible for the profitability of orders, maximising the value proposition to achieve the best margin

Responsible for sales orders and order margins

Attend tender briefings

Define market segment strategy with metrics and KPIs

Execute and manage all commercial and contract matters at tender / bid clarification and negotiating stages

Participate in contract hand over meetings, confirm area responsibility / milestones / launch
