JOB SUMMARY:

R&D Engineer designs and develops wire harnesses and interconnects for various LV/HV

systems. Responsibilities also include circuit analysis, wiring diagrams and assists in the

production of detailed schematics and ladder diagrams, has knowledge of commonly-used

concepts, practices and procedures within wire harness design. This position will design

harness and interconnects by analyzing the customer requirements of the overall system and

determine a design that provides best suggested engineering as per product functionality.

General tasks typically include work with other departments such as process engineers, stores,

operations and purchase to ensure that the harness design will accomplish the design goals for

a particular product or system.
