Job Description
• To manage a team of Jr. Engineers & Assistant technicians at Solar PV site.
• Ensure plant performance is as per the project goals.
• Ensure equipment performacne is optimal to achive the plant generation targets.
• Manage & Optimise site expenses including Spares and Consumable planning, resource optimisation, transport and other expenses.
• Insist and make sure safety and process are followed at site
• Ensuring daily targets assigned for the team are acheived.
• Achieve 100% quality of the work carried out at site.
• Prepare & submit of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Manage & coordination with contractors and ensure compliance.
• Planning of resource for eg. leaves, weekly off, festival leaves etc so that work is not affected
• Coordination with Internal Team and Customer to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
