• Monitoring and managing our Cloud environment
• Analysing performance optimizations and improvements
• Conducting frequent security audits and compliance
• Expanding the service capabilities of the environment as per demand
• Performing incident management and problem management with detailed analysis and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting of resources pertaining to information systems
• Extending best practises of security to all the information systems
• Performing continuous threat and vulnerability assessments
• Ensuring SLAs as defined in agreements with clients
• Ensuring uptime of information systems and resources of business users of the company
• Providing strategic inputs on cost optimization, risk management and resource utilization
• Develop and handle a team of IS personnel
