In this position, the PROGRAM MANAGER provides strong positive leadership to a portfolio of business units, contracts, and/or projects, promoting collaboration to achieve high-quality and commercially viable healthcare services. Facilitate the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare services consistent with strategic and/or contractual requirements and relevant clinical standards, aiming to achieve customer and workforce satisfaction.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Program Manager's main roles are:
• In consultation with the Chief of Operation, analyse contractual requirements and appropriately scope Service Requirements and related deliverables.
• Effectively measure, monitor and control the management of Service delivery to ensure:
