Description

1. Handle and manage full sets of accounts.
2. Perform month end and year end closing process from preparing journal to management account report, and report to management on timely basis.
3. Perform data entries, prepare and assists in day-to-day operation in accounting.
4. Perform accounts payable, verify invoice and related documents submitted for payment process.
5. Perform accounts receivable and ensure all jobs are billed.
6. Responsible for precise accounting records for company's operation.
7. Liasie with external auditors, tax agents, government agencies etc for statutory filing.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
9. Enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance.
