Organize, draft and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems as per the company policy.

Ensure compliance to all Audit / Regulatory bodies as well as policies and procedures of the company

Handling Legal Cases of Company, briefing facts to counsel and attending court

Coordinate lawyers and others to schedule conference, meetings and execution of task

Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights

Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces

Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
