- **CONTROLLER**_
• *Position Objective**
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the plant P&Ls including analysis and commentary of cost of materials variances to standard; SGA variance to budget and net working capital analysis.
- Prepare and analyze material usage; labor rates; labor and sales analysis
- Interpret operating and financial results; provide recommendations to improve plant and financial performance
- Balance Sheet analysis; review and approval of reconciliations
