• Listen to 80.000 E.ON users and improve our IT tools, interfaces and services based on their needs, perceptions and feedbacks
• Analyze user and system requirements and translate them into GUI screen layouts and patterns in a Lean UX environment
• Creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, designing user interfaces and interaction designs
• Collaborating with developers and other professionals, overseeing the implementation of the design, identifying problems and solving design problems
• Translate numbers, data and facts of user-related measures into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
• Develop project plans and schedules for activities improving the user experience
