Sales Marketing Manager (Property)

Currently, we are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager for property projects in the West Java region, specifically in Bandung and Cirebon.

Responsibilities
• Organizing A Strategic Sales Plan and Pay Attention Resouces On Sales Team.
• Monitoring the Activities of the Sales Team.
• Provide Analysis of Sales Activities Reporting to General Manager.
• To Manage Existing Customers Relationship and Unkeep Good Relationship.
• Make an annual budget to Support Teams Work Together.
• Plan and propose a budget for Sales Program (Gimmicks) to General manager for approval.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong creative, analytical and good communication skills
• Experience as a Sales Manager and Marketing Manager for property, especially residential project development.
• Project Location : in the West Java region, specifically in Bandung and Cirebon.
