Responsibilities
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Design plans and strategies to optimize product distribution across all regions or areas in Indonesia.
• Supervise and empower the Offline Sales Department optimally.
• Conduct recruitment, training, and development of the Sales Team.
• Set individual and area team targets, and provide support to achieve these targets.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs and competitors at a national level.
• Use market data to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors or third party partners with national coverage.
