The resource will deal with corporate law issues and will be joining in Corporate Affairs function. The main activities are related to the management, organization and transcript of companies' corporate bodies meetings (Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Statutory Auditors, Committees) of the group and the public parent company.

The resource, together with the management team, will take care of the following activities:
• Organizing and managing Board of Directors and Board Committees' meetings;
• Recording Board of Directors and Council Committees' meetings;
• Preparing the documentation related to the Board of Directors and the Board Committees;
