Shimano is looking for a Customer Service to join our team. In this role you would be in daily contact with the retailers and your Sales Representatives colleagues: booking orders, providing information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery, and suggesting alternative products. Helping retailers gives you a lot of energy, do you like variety (no day is the same), are you able to perform under pressure and are you accurate? Then we would like to know more about you!

The Challenge
• Provide customers and colleagues with pricing, product, availability, order, and delivery information.
• Suggest alternative or additional products to customers to best match their needs or through company initiatives. Be a link between customer & sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.
• Track the status of customer orders and alert responsible persons should there be a deviation from plans or a bottle neck.
