SUMMARY OF ROLE

FOCUS: Spare parts offers preparation, sales channel management and interaction with customers for the assigned opportunities. Define actions in order to create and pursue new aftermarket opportunities among existing installation bases. Establish new contacts and reinforce the existing ones inside customer organization in order to expand aftermarket business.

In the position of Customer Service Rep, you will be focusing on development and execution of sales activities for spare parts, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, having direct interaction with customers, and supporting the available and relevant sales channels.

As a sales specialist with a sound technical base and product knowledge, your main role is to pro-actively develop spare parts sales,

Active presence in front of the customers to present and negotiate commercial and technical proposals is also required for the role.
