ABOUT THE JOB Oversees and manage hotel and land service reservations for groups and individuals Ensure last minute operational changes and/or reservations Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time Load correctly all reservations in the system Send all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to the clients Send the proforma invoice to the clients in advance when pre-payment is required Monitor pre-payments both of clients and suppliers Solve daily operational issues Assist clients when on the spot through the emergency line Re-check all reservations day by day Monitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to the...
