We are looking for a Payroll&Personnel Administration Specialist to join our HR team in a dynamic, informal and multicultural environment, to actively take part in the different activities related to Personnel Management with a specific focus on our foreign offices (Europe & Asia Pacific areas).

What you will focus on:
• Employment lifecycle management (employees’ personal data, hiring and dismissal processes, internal rotations, labour agreement changes, etc.);
• Payroll and attendance management;
• Personnel data analysis and reporting;
• Partnering with local payroll and consultancy firms as main reference point between employees and the firm;
• Cooperate with HRBPs to manage employees’ contractual terms and deadlines, holiday management and any other items connected with the employment relationship;
• Welcome and support new employees in their induction and onboarding processes;
• Any other specific ad-hoc project defined.
