Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Co-Founder at NaiteGrupo located in Cidade de Maputo, Mozambique. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's vision and strategy. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building and leading high-performing teams, and cultivating strategic partnerships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to set goals and develop and implement innovative strategies to drive the company's success.
