Job Description: Consult and provide solutions for service/productivity issues to management. Represent the service organization in reviews or forum on both an internal and external basis. Aid in selling services to customers. Advise service management on customer requirements for field located services and their income producing potential. Participate in post shipment commissioning and start-up activities to secure customer acceptance and satisfaction. Conduct customer demonstrations. Act as a consultant in the implementation of unique/customized systems. Handle significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
