Responsibilities
• Counsel about the regulations related to service contracts and business for all departments and branches.
• Manage and store signed contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Be responsible for insurance related to the business operation of the Branch.
• Follow all insurance claims and cooperate with related Departments to process the claim.
• Support on handling disputes between customers and suppliers with the Branch.
• Support on processing License of the Branch: Business Certificate, Business Certificate, Internation Certificate and Legalize company documents.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
• Graduate from University majoring in Law.
• Having experience in corporate legal affairs is an advantage (Open for Freshers). More Detail
