What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Grocery Manager is responsible for all aspects of the grocery department.
• Day to day management and supervision of the department and staff.
• Adhering to and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Ensuring customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Striving for positive results in sales, margins, and inventory management.
• Training new staff and coaching existing staff (performance management).
