Duties & Responsibilities
• Customer service, retention, and telesales of short courses to existing clients/ members.
• Obtain a thorough Knowledge of the courses being marketed.
• Accurately capture customer and potential customer detail.
• Vet Lead list.
• Pro-Actively seek out new ways of promoting Employer products.
• Provide daily reports on Target Achieved.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientated
