Role Description

The Assistant Academic Counselor ensures a great learning experience for the students taking our courses through various university partners. The role interfaces with our Academic Operations, Marketing and Placements team.

Work includes:

1. Managing the assigned University Partnerships.

2. Maintaining the documentation relevant to the assigned partnerships.

3. Responding to learner requests.

4. Coordination with third parties wherever applicable.

5. Taking regular course feedback, analyzing them and suggesting relevant changes.

6. Solving problems in course deployment as they occur.

7. Managing the evaluation process of the course.

8. Establishing and maintaining efficient, scalable processes for all the partnerships.

9. Stakeholder Management at all levels.
