Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor product quality and ensure that no substandard product is produced and/or packaged.
• Managing communication with manager, suppliers and procurement departments.
• Initiate and lead efforts to continuously improve; maximize yield and minimize waste.
• Monitor equipment downtime and work with maintenance to resolve equipment-related problems.
• Quickly responds to interruptions on the production line and process.
• Complete all production and packaging reports including, material usage, waste, downtime, attendance, etc.
• To plan and provide training to the team for smooth production and update to knowledge.
• Work with other departments to solve problems related to GMPs, Quality, Sanitation, Safety, and production.
• Should have Sound Knowledge of technical certificates like BRC, FPO, USFDA, ISO and HALAL.
• Should maintain or view the document regarding the HACCP, Food Safety, Pest Control, Cleaning and Sanitation.
