Job Description

Role responsibilities
• Maintenance Planning Scheduling

Able to identify and use the good industrial practices in maintenance schedule in SAP PM module Conduct PM on machines and close observations Maintain all tube mills history card and take immediate action.

Maintain all maulas at one location and Collecting the maintenance parameters of the equipment and tools and machinery, Collecting the engineering parameters Coordinating with the relevant stakeholders, Use the planner or scheduler for the task, Reviewing the scheduler and implementing the same Maintain all drawings and update with latest changes
• Predictive Maintenance/ Preventative Maintenance/Breakdown Maintenance

Spares procurement Improvements Cost Management People Management Safety, Health Environment

Problem Solving Tools Techniques TQM/TPM Documentation Statutory compliance
