• Managing the quality systems and ensuring that appropriate improvement actions are carried out to ensure continual improvement
• Auditing the quality systems and quality assurance methods of vendors and ensuring that improvements are being implemented on a continual basis.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure continuous reduction in defects of incoming materials.
• Coordinating with operations to ensure continuous reduction in defects or non-conformities during various processes.
• Carrying out the functions of an M.R.
• Regular auditing of ISO procedures. Setting up and implementing systems which lead to TS 16949 certification.
• Identifying inspection methods to identify product and process defects and carrying out activities that would result in lower variability
