Job Description :
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the café
• Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, food quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Mentor the team and foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team productivity.
• Develop, manage budgets, analyze financial data, monitor and optimize cost control to drive profitability.
• Developing menu and marketing strategies

Requirement :
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Preferably have proven experience as a coffee shop Manager for at least 2-3 years
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• In-depth knowledge of coffee shop service standards and etiquette
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
