Responsibilities :
• Achieve production target
• Maintain production schedule
• Maintain 4M (ManPower, Material, Machine, Method)
• Reduce unit and part defect
• Make daily, weekly, and monthly report production
• Monitoring employee attendance
• Control safety environment and saving energy
• Control availability part and material for production

Requirements :
• Candidates must possess at least S1 or D3 Degree majoring Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from reputable university
• Experience minimum 2 years as Production Leader
• Good communication skill
• Have the ability to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Having experience in Textile or Apparel Industry will be highly preferred
