Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location:Lekki, Lagos

Mode of Work: On-site

Salary:150,000 Naira Monthly

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Source candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process

- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment

- Maintain candidate databases and manage candidate pipelines

- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients on recruitment progress

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR consulting firm or a similar environment

- Completion of the compulsory NYSC program
