Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

Support the Operations & Sales in planning & scheduling monthly dispatches in order to meet business sales target, as well as keeping the logistics costs in control.

Functional

Core
• Co-ordinates with sales and manufacturing for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly dispatch plan and monitors execution of the plan
• Monitor & Review Dispatch Plan Vs Dipping schedule on weekly basis in order to achieve monthly Dispatch Targets.
• To Ensure dispatch plan of next two day is circulated to Shopfloor & QA team for further readiness.
• Daily meeting & review with team & Shopfloor supervisor for order status planned for Dispatch.
• Review resources planning to ensure Dispatch continuity.
• Any new requirement regarding dispatch to be informed to team so that it is implemented correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.
