We are seeking a Associate Agency Development Manager with the ability to convince agents to become distributors for a business.

Responsibility
• Life insurance products are sold directly to walk-in agents.
• Activation of advisor from open market
• After-sales service
• Produce leads on the field.
• Maintain constant contact with leads and references that are pending.
• Instructing potential customers on policies and understanding complex insurance points.

Prefered:
• CTC: Up to 4 LPA+ Incentives On Performance Bonus
• Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in field sales experience
• Skill: Good communication skills
