Experience-min 3 -4 years Channel Sales experience.

CTC: Up to 6.50 LPA

Age: up to 45

Job Responsibilities
• Manage Insurance Sales Achievement through Business Associates (BAs).
• Recruit and Train Business Associates: Develop and coach agents on a commission basis.
• Supervise Activity Plans: Ensure agents fulfill their activity plans as per desired levels.
• Weekly Performance Review (PRP): Conduct performance reviews with agents and update the Sales Management System.
• Promote Career Progression: Motivate agents to participate in career progression programs.
• Agent Portal & CRM Usage: Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for managing customer relationships and cross-selling different products.
