Corporate Manager Job Duties
• Planning and overseeing budgets, capital expenditures, and accounting practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Reviewing financial reports and projections to assess company performance in accordance with industry standards
• Evaluating the performance of individual employees and making recommendations for promotions or termination based on job performance and employee development needs
• Communicating with other members of management to discuss departmental goals and objectives
