Job Role & Responsibility
• the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
• in job evaluations and the annual merit process as required. Responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
• data about company’s Compensation and Benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advice managers for making important decisions.
• policies and/or revisions that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement plan, income continuance, holidays and vacations.
• in compensation and benefit surveys.
• the Vendors (consultants, foreign manpower contracts and services providers) taking into account the approved procedures and terms & conditions of the contracts.
