Job Description• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu• Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.• Assist guests with product information and retail sales• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards• Follow departmental policies and procedures• Follow all safety and sanitation policies• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary• To report any equipment malfunctioning.• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard• Other duties as assigned Qualifications• Able to focus and prioritize• Perfect English in both oral and written• Excel experience including a high level of understanding for figures.• Organized and...
