Senior Equipment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Order parts for routine repair work.
• Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving of parts, including storage/warehousing.
• Complete invoices for accounting and ensure all merchandise billed for has been received.
• Provide miscellaneous support for the Service Department and the Customer Service Department.
• Maintain good member relations by consistently applying Human Resource policies and practices, including training and developing each member.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
• Adhere to and support AMECO’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job.
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
