Role Description

This is a full-time Project Quantity Surveyor role at BSK Studio Bali, located in Denpasar. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, your day-to-day tasks will include providing cost and contract advice, calculating AHS , preparing tender and contract documents, preparing accurate documentation for payments and evaluating progress of work. It is the responsibility of the Project Quantity Surveyor to liaise with clients and project teams to ensure commercial viability of projects.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project quantity surveying experience in a construction environment
• Familiarity with tendering and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
