VRM Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Tequila Consultant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be the tequila guru, working closely with our partners throughout the innovation in the tequila production process from agave selection to creating top-shelf tequilas. This job offer might require change of residency and international travel.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with tequila producers at all stages of production, offering expert advice on traditional and innovative tequila-making techniques.
• Conduct field visits to production facilities, assessing processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze tequila samples, providing valuable feedback and insights to ensure exceptional taste profiles.
