Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager for TATA Spare Parts Dealership of Binod Automobiles located in Brahmaputra Industrial Park, Gauripur, Amingaon, North Guwahati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the Auto Components / Spare Parts / Lubricants industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
