We are in search to scout a State Service Manager for a leading Engineering Manufacturing Company.

Position: State Service Manager

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 5+Years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Development - Ensure to train the Dealer technician, provide technical support, ensure timely approval of SO, Claims, ensure dealer receivables in time, Ensure dealer adherence in system and policy as per company guidelines

Customer Satisfaction - Ensure MTTR and SLA are achieved as per the target, customers are responded in time for early resolution of complaint.

Attend critical complaints and submit the FIR/ FAR to HO in time

Proactive approach for field campaign - to avoid major failures

Inform HO for product related challenges for improvement.

Ensure to maintain float at dealer end to ensure SLA/ MTTR

Revenue Target achievement - Ensure to achieve given Spares and Service target of assigned Dealers.
