Role Overview

The Tech. Support Lead & Product Test Engineer oversees the operations and requirements of the Bottanuco Product Testing & Tech Support Facility. Primarily responsible for efficient UN certification laboratory operations. Secondarily handles testing to support, customer, sales and manufacturing requests for technical assistance, failure root cause analysis, product development and innovation.
