KMVS is currently looking to hire a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to manage the Yuva Vani Program. Through the Yuva Vani program, KMVS works with youth of rural and urban areas to create awareness and dialogue around issues of gender and patriarchy. It works with educational institutes as well as adolescents who have been pushed out of the education system, to identify issues through the gender lens. The program envisions creating a society where gender-equitable cadres say no to patriarchal control and violence and exercise their agency to avail their rights. It intends to provide a safe and inclusive platform to genders from all spectrums, to come together and create dialogue around issues of their concern and form such collectives at district levels. The scope of work would include overall management of the Yuva Vani program and coordination between the team, cadre, various partners and stakeholders.
